Final Report Submission
Pls. kindly noted that the 2014 Intel Cup ESDC will end on June 30, 2014. For teams from Hong Kong SAR, Chinese Taiwan and overseas, the materials include: brief introduction, full report in English and working system. Each team should submit the brief introduction and full report before 24:00 July 1, 2014 (Beijing Time, UTC+ 8:00) online on contest website. Pls. use your team’s username and password to log onto the system, and click the “Works list” on the left, then to add your materials online.

Each team should mail out three hard copies of brief introduction and full report to committee by express mail before July 2, 2014 (Beijing Time).

The real system should be brought to Shanghai, China for testing by participants.
2. Call for poster
The awarding ceremony and project demo show will be held on July 22, 2012 in Shanghai Xijiao Hotel. Some teams will be invited to show their projects with poster according the appraisal results. Since the appraisal will be completed on July 20, the poster manufacture time is limited. To save the time, teams should submit the poster design before July 8, 2014 by email to nuedc@sjtu.edu.cn . We will select some teams’ poster design to manufacture directly after the appraisal result is announced. Pls. find the Call for poster and poster template in attach.
3. A Want List for Project Demo
Some projects will be invited to demo showcase during the awarding ceremony according to the appraisal results. Pls. fill in the attached “A Want List for Project Demo” form and send it back to nuedc@sjtu.edu.cn before July 8, 2014. This form is only valid for demo showcase during the awarding ceremony.
4. Customs statement
In order to avoid any kind of problem with team’s arrival. Pls. fill in the attached “statements for the Chinese Customs” and send it back to nuedc@sjtu.edu.cn before July 8, 2014, so we can prepare an formal file for you.
5. other reminder
1) if an invitation letter is needed to apply for Chinese Visa, pls. provide your full name and passport No. ASAP.
2) Pls. arrange your trip ASAP, and send back the receipt before July 5, 2014. (find in attached 008-English.docx)
3) Pls. be sure to arrive at Shanghai Jiaotong University before July 18, as the first round appraisal will be held in the morning of July 19 for overseas team. And awarding ceremony will be held on July 22.
