Apply for Invitation Letter of 2026 Intel Cup ESDC
As sheduled, the appraisal and awarding ceremony will be held during July 20~23, 2026, which will last about 4 days (including one day for registration, 2 days for appraisal and 1 day for awarding ceremony). Detailed arrangement will be determined soon.
All participant teams are required to attend the appraisal. In general, each team has no more than 30 min to for presentation and demonstration, including oral presentation (PPT), test for the working system and Q&A. All travel expenses to/from the event should be covered by the teams. Considering the cost of overseas traveling, at least one team member from each team is required to participate in the face to face judging session of appraisal in July in Shanghai of China.
For teams from overseas, please visit the website of Chinese Embassy in your country for specific information on applying for a China visa from your country. Organizing Committee now are preparing the invitation letter for the people who will travel to shanghai to attend the appraisal, Pls. provide these people’s name and passport No. by email to nuedc@sjtu.edu.cn to make the Invitation letter.
