2026 Intel Cup ESDC appraisal will be held at Shanghai Jiaotong University (Minhang Campus), Shanghai, China (800 Dongchuan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China).

July 20~22, 2026 Appraisal venue: No. 4, SEIEE Building, Shanghai Jiaotong University (Minhang Campus)

2) Appraisal July 21~July 22
There are two rounds of appraisal. For the international teams, the first round will be held on July 21 when all teams are required to attend it. The second round will be held on July 22. The list of the teams who can attend the second round appraisal will be released after complete the first round appraisal.

2. Appraisal process
Each team has about half an hour to show their project, including presentation, demo, and answering experts’ questions.
Please take the personal ID card or passport, which will be examined before team’s testing.
3. Poster Design submit
Use attach poster template to design a poster for your project, and send the poster design before July 18, 6:00PM (Beijing Time) to 365392188@qq.com，and cc jiangletian@163.com.

4. Video Submit
Submit a 3-minute video, which should include team member introduction, project introduction, and project showcase. The video format: MP4 file, 1280*720，1024K， 25 fps.

5. Demo of Features
Prepare Demo of Features in advance. When appraisal, give 5 copies of the Demo of Features to Judges.

6. Some General appraisal criteria
-- The effectiveess of resource utilization.
-- The originality and specialty of the project idea.
-- The scale and complexity of the project.
-- The completeness of testing strategy and plan.
-- The quality and presentation of your reports. (This is the document used to win support from the public.)
-- Your presentation performance in the appraisal.
